Serving on Staff

Serving as a staff member for NYLT is an incredible and rewarding way to grow personally and have a tremendous amount of fun. NYLT Staff consists of both youth and adults. Youth members who have participated in NYLT are eligible to serve on staff. Adults, like youth, must be registered with the BSA. Adults should be considered “Trained” for their registered position. See “What Must I Do To Be Considered Trained” in the current edition of the Sequoia Council Program Planning Guide (Page 47 & 48).

Submit a Staff Application to a council service center or email the completed application to the staff advisor by Wednesday December 14^th, 2011.

After interviews have been conducted, applicants will receive a letter informing them if they have been selected to serve on staff or not. If accepted, further instructions will be included.
